As a wildlife conservationist and safari guide, I'm accustomed to the beauty of nature, and here, the setting did not disappoint. I enjoyed a spacious room with breathtaking fjord views, providing an ideal backdrop for my gourmet getaway. Each morning began with a pleasant breakfast, featuring a remarkable array of local products ranging from fresh breads to delectable toppings. I appreciated the option to create my own sandwich, which felt both personal and satisfying. Although a hot breakfast selection like fried eggs or pancakes would have elevated the experience, the variety available kept my taste buds intrigued. The bar/lounge offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of kayaking. A fresh cup of coffee complemented the stunning surroundings. Evelyn, the owner, ensured we felt at home, sharing her dedication to culinary innovation and guest satisfaction. Strand Fjordhotel combines a picturesque setting with culinary delights, making it a memorable destination for food enthusiasts.
